This course is specifically designed for teachers who want to learn and understand more about the features in the School Management System (SMS) and how to use it for their administrative and learning needs. In this course, teachers will learn various technical features in SIS, such as unit mapping, lesson plan, assessment, grading, and report card printing.
Teachers will also learn how to use the data collected by SMS to monitor student progress, identify special education needs, and provide more effective academic guidance. In addition, teachers will also learn how to use SMS in preparing lessons and assignments, organizing schedules, and monitoring individual and group student performance through integration features.
After completing this course, teachers will have a better understanding of the School Management System (SMS) and how to use it effectively in student data management and provide a better learning experience for students.

The Mark – Assessment menu is used to create, manage, and assess student assessments.

In this chapter, you will learn how to input students’ grades.
The Input Mark menu is used to enter and manage students’ assessment grades based on learning objectives. Teachers can select the class, subject, and assignment or exam, then enter a separate grade for each learning objective.

In this chapter you will learn how to input students' observation (only for Kindy).
The Input Observation menu is used to assess students based on the predetermined domain-based learning objectives. Teachers can select the relevant observation items and enter the student’s achievement using the available categories.

In this chapter, you will learn how to input students’ attendance.
The Attendance feature is used to record and manage students’ attendance for each class session. Teachers can mark students as present, absent, late, or excused based on their attendance status.

In this chapter, you will learn how to add subject comments for students.
The Subject Comment feature is used to customize students’ learning achievement descriptions for a specific subject. This feature is optional and can be used only when a student needs a personalized comment.

In this chapter you will learn how to input overall student comment (only for homeroom teacher).
The Homeroom Student Comment feature is used to write descriptive comments about students’ development and achievements. These comments will appear on the student’s report card and provide an overall view of the student’s academic progress and learning attitude.
